How I Can Support You?

People choose to start psychotherapy for a variety of deeply personal reasons. You might be navigating challenging life transitions, struggling with anxiety or low mood, coping with the echoes of past experiences, or perhaps feeling a persistent sense of dissatisfaction or disconnection. Sometimes, it's about wanting to understand yourself better, improve your relationships, or find new ways to manage stress.

Taking that first step can feel significant, and it's entirely natural to feel a little uncertain about what to expect. Psychotherapy offers a confidential and supportive space for you to explore these feelings and experiences without judgement. It's a unique opportunity to gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults 18 and over, available in person and online. I work with individuals from all backgrounds, helping you address concerns that may be impacting your quality of life.

I also work with supervisees in groups (of up to three) and one-to-one from Transactional Analysis and other modalities.
