Pippa Fairhead

I worked extensively in the not-for-profit sector with children and young people for approximately 15 years.This included working in formal and non-formal education settings. Prior to this my work life was diverse and crossed various industries including finance, publishing, the internet, education, fashion and PR.

I have been working with clients from diverse backgrounds since 2014 with a wide variety issues and specialise in Transactional Analysis. 

I work with supervisees in groups (of up to three) and 1:1 from Transactional Analysis and other modalities. 

Training and Qualifications 

I am a Provisional Training and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA (P)) and a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA). I also hold a Diploma in Supervision (Dip Sup), a Diploma in Counselling (Dip Couns) and an undergraduate honours degree in the Humanities (BA hons). 

I am an lecturer and primary tutor at Metanoia Institute in the Transactional Analysis department and a visiting tutor for the Connexus Institute.

Admin

I offer counselling and psychotherapy and clinical supervision on the following basis:

  • Once or twice a week at regular time slots.
  • Individual: a £60 fee which lasts for 50 minutes.
  • I offer group (up to three supervisees) and individual supervision at a cost of £60 per 50 minutes per person.
  • I invoice the fees at the beginning of the month.
  • I am registered to work with Aviva, Axa PPP Healthcare, Healix and Vitality.
  • I charge the full fee for absences, cancellations and missed appointments where I am given less than one week’s notice.
